These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern use of this website and any business transactions, quotations, OEM/ODM sample requests, and wholesale supply contracts conducted through Guangzhou Yueda Optoelectronic Technology Co., LTD ("YUEDALED," "we," "our," or "us"). By browsing the catalogue, submitting an inquiry, requesting quotations, or placing purchase orders, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
About inquiries on this website
This website is a product catalogue and consultation channel. Submitting an inquiry or adding products to the inquiry list is not a purchase order and does not create a binding sales contract. Prices shown on product pages are indicative reference prices in USD and may change without notice; the final price, availability, delivery schedule and warranty terms are confirmed by our sales team in a written quotation. Orders are only formed once we confirm your order in writing. Sections 2 to 8 below apply to wholesale and OEM/ODM cooperation; consumer enquiries are handled under the terms confirmed in your quotation together with our Shipping and Returns policies.
1. Business Scope & Eligibility
YUEDALED is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and exporter specializing in automotive LED lighting products (including LED headlights, motorcycle bulbs, signal lamps, interior lighting, and heavy-duty truck lighting). We serve registered automotive distributors, wholesalers, retail brand owners, and cross-border ecommerce merchants.
2. Quotations, Pricing & Validity
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commercial quotations provided via RFQ or official Proforma Invoice (PI) are based on EXW Guangzhou or FOB Guangzhou / Shenzhen terms. Quotations remain valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue due to market fluctuations in LED chipsets, copper, and aluminum raw material costs.
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Samples
We support prospective distributors with flexible sample evaluations:
- Sample Orders: Sample units are available for optical and thermal verification. Sample charges and international express freight are payable prior to dispatch.
- Standard Production MOQ: Standard bulk production MOQ is typically 50 to 100 sets per model depending on socket specifications.
- Custom Packaging / Laser Logo: Custom laser etching on bulb collars requires a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 300 sets; full bespoke color gift box packaging requires 500 to 1,000 sets.
4. OEM / ODM Customization & IP Protection
For custom driver PCB designs, specialized Canbus decoders, or proprietary tooling molds, buyer specifications will be held in strict commercial confidence. YUEDALED will not distribute or reveal private buyer packaging, laser marks, or bespoke client mold designs to any third party without prior written authorization.
5. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms for bulk production orders:
- 30% deposit upon Proforma Invoice confirmation to initiate material procurement and scheduling.
- 70% balance payable upon completion of production and pre-shipment quality inspection, prior to dispatch.
- Accepted payment methods include Wire Transfer (T/T), Alibaba Trade Assurance, and Western Union. All correspondent bank transfer fees are borne by the remitter.
6. Production Lead Time & Shipping
Standard lead time is 7 to 15 working days following deposit confirmation. Peak seasons or custom mold tooling may require 20 to 25 working days. Shipments are handled via DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, or ocean container shipping (FCL/LCL) through Guangzhou or Shenzhen ports according to agreed Incoterms 2020.
7. Quality Assurance & Factory Warranty
Every YUEDALED automotive lighting product undergoes strict aging tests (4 hours 100% burn-in) and waterproof/vibration checks before packing:
- Warranty Period: We provide a 12-month standard factory warranty (extended to 24 months for select flagship series) against manufacturing defects.
- Defective Replacement Policy: Should any defective unit be identified during normal operation within the warranty period, simply provide photos/video showing the cut wire or laser serial code. Replacement units or credit notes will be credited on your next production run without requiring costly return shipping of defective items.
